- Why doesn’t the audience already engage in this behavior?IDK. its govn. fault.
- What emotional appeal can you make?that if we made the internet cheaper and faster, 3 million jobs would pop up in the united states.

- Put your audience in a situation/scenario where the issue would come up in their lives. think about when your children grow up.they will not be able to get good access.

- What’s’ going on around them? ( ambient sound) everyone's computer is lagging badly.
- What are they saying? (dialogue)jason:"man, my computer is going so slow." percy:"i know. can you believe that every other country is with faster internet.
- Who is message brought to you by? ( Station; organization) if we do not stand up against this slow internet, we will not be gettinig good service. it will be such an outrage that the greatest country is one of the slowest internet country.
